tictacTalk is a place for adults to meet through live video and play together. These rules are here to protect the people using it. They apply to public matches, private rooms, profile photos, nicknames, chat, reactions, and every other part of the service.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use tictacTalk. Minors are not allowed on the service.
Do not harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, shame, stalk, or repeatedly target another person. A stranger choosing to end a conversation does not owe you an explanation.
Do not display nudity, sexual acts, explicit sexual content, or sexually suggestive behavior. Sexual harassment, coercion, and unwanted sexual comments are also prohibited.
Do not promote or display hate speech, discrimination, graphic violence, credible threats, exploitation, illegal activity, or content intended to encourage harm to another person.
tictacTalk has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. You may not create, request, upload, display, share, promote, link to, or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors, or any conduct that exploits or endangers a child.
Report child-safety concerns immediately through the in-app Report control or email support@tictactalk.chat. Credible reports may lead to immediate account restriction, preservation of information where legally required, and reporting to the appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations.
Do not use tictacTalk for spam, scams, phishing, malicious links, fake identities, unauthorized automation, payment fraud, or deceptive behavior. Do not impersonate another person or organization.
Do not record, photograph, publish, or redistribute another user’s image, voice, messages, or personal information without their consent. Never pressure someone to reveal private details or move a conversation elsewhere.
Do not use prerecorded video, misleading loops, or an abusive virtual-camera setup to deceive other users. Accessibility and legitimate camera tools are allowed; deception and abuse are not.
Use Report for serious abuse or rule violations. On tictacTalk, reporting also blocks the account so you are not matched together again. Use Block user when you simply do not want to meet that person again.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. The in-app report system is not a substitute for emergency assistance.
We may restrict or remove accounts, disconnect sessions, preserve relevant information where legally required, clear demonstrably false reports, or take other safety actions when these guidelines are violated. Repeated reports from distinct accounts may trigger automatic restrictions, while serious cases may be reviewed manually.
Automatic report-based actions are account-based. We do not automatically ban every person who shares the same IP address.
